畢業於香港演藝學院,取得舞蹈系學士(榮譽) 學位,主修現代舞及編舞。2020年獲得香港舞 蹈年獎「白朗唐新晉編舞獎」,2021 獲頒發香 港藝術發展獎「藝術新秀獎」。

活躍於舞台演出,並積極嘗試不同媒介,與其 他藝術家及機構合作與交流,包括香港藝術節、 新視野藝術節、西九文化區、香港話劇團、非 凡美樂、Music Lab 等。自2009年成為城市當 代舞蹈團 CCDC 舞蹈中心兼職導師,2016年 起在香港演藝學院舞蹈學院任兼職導師,教授 雙人舞技巧。

近作包括香港藝術節「香港賽馬會當代舞蹈平 台」《烏》與《點指》;東邊舞蹈團《Soulless》; 城市當代舞蹈團「舞蹈青年2015」《超人說》; 多空間i-舞蹈節《樓上樓下》等。2019年《烏》 獲選參與韓國首爾 New Dance for Asia 國際舞 蹈節。2020年,《點指》應邀到日本、新加坡、 韓國等地作交流演出,並獲提名香港舞蹈年獎 2020「傑出編舞」 。
